APARTMENT WITH POOL VIEW

Apartment with a pool view is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

The kitchen is modern and equipped, so it contains all the necessary utensils and equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator. In the living room is a comfortable sofa for 2 and in the bedroom is a double bed also for 2 people.

The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet,  hairdryer, and toiletries.

In the big shared garden with an infinity pool, you can enjoy a view of vineyards or just relax in the fresh air. There are tables, chairs, and loungers prepared especially for you.

WiFi, LCD TV, air conditioning, and free parking are available.

breakfast

A varied and delicious breakfast buffet will be waiting for you every day between 08:30 and 10:15 in the dining room. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Supplement for breakfast: 12 EUR per person per breakfast.

The cancelation rates and reservation policies are predetermined. By booking one of our accommodations, you agree to our cancelation and reservation policy.

RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICIES:

  • The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old.
  • Flexible cancelation: at least 7 days before arrival, a full refund.
    • If cancelation 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the payment will not be refunded.
    • Full payment must be made before arrival.
  • Smoking is allowed outside only.

The owner is under no obligation to accept any additional unannounced guests and unreported pets.

Check-in is at or after 15:30 and until 21.00. Early check-in is not possible, and you will not be allowed to enter the accommodation before.

 
SWIMMING POOL:

Children must be supervised by parents whilst in the swimming pool area.
Use the swimming pool at your own risk.

 
KEYS:

Any lost key will incur a charge of 50 euro

 
QUIET HOURS:

Guests must be quiet between 22.00 and 6.00.
